Chipeta Golf Course Tee Times
Chipeta Golf Course in Grand Junction is an 18-hole executive layout at par 59, which makes it one of the quicker rounds on the Western Slope. At 3,775 yards from the Black tees and 3,319 from the Yellow, it's built around short irons and wedges rather than driver, and the slope ratings of 89 and 82 are about as forgiving as rated golf gets in Colorado. That combination suits beginners, juniors, seniors and anyone wanting to sharpen the scoring end of the bag. There's a pro shop on site, and a PGA instructor handles private lessons, group sessions and beginner classes. No FootGolf here.
